Purchased 2 years ago, works great with pellets not rock salt. Gear box broke on it, probably my fault, called company, 3 minutes and a replacement part is getting shipped.No hassling or anything!!

Very easy to assemble and did a very good job spreading salt, much better than using a small bowl to spread salt. The price I paid was $115. a good price for this product. I had purchased a commercial spreader for work, paid over $300.00 and this product was just as good.
