I was expecting a pad with some padding on it. These are very thin, and don't hold up. They shred after a few hours. I had to use 3 a day. expensive for what you get.

My gynecologist advised me to start using an all cotton pad to relieve irritation caused by paper pads, this pad is perfect, and it is designed to hand leakage well.

So much packaging and waste that goes along with trying these out! However, they were comfortable and absorbed well for light to medium flow. Have not tried yet for heavy days but doubt Will use these anyhow.
