We purchased an Xbox from them. It only had the game console in the box. The controller, power cord, and HDMI cable were missing. I tried to call them, however, no one has answered or returned my calls.

It works fine but when I got it it was all in Japanese. Luckily I set it up in English. It also turns off randomly multiple times a day. It's very defective and definitely not worth your money.

This item had Japanese writing on the box and hand-written dates, etc. The box stated it was for Japenese use only. I returned it for all of those reasons. Not sure if it was refurbished and will not take that chance on something this expensive. Not good!!

Got this for my twin brothers bday, everything came in perfect condition! :) Arrived in 2 days! Was anxious on purchasing as well- like everyone- but I made an account just to add how nice the packaging was, everything came in American English lol, and 2 day wait time totally worth it!

Game console is awesome but Walmart shipped through FedEx and it requires a signature. Basically someone has to miss a day of work waiting for FedEx. Because FedEx will not even let you pick it up at the FedEx drop off points.
