These knee wraps are NOT for everyday use. They are best used for working out (squats, leg press, deadlifts, ect). And let me tell you that they work great! My current squat weight feels really light when i strap these babys on. Lastly the price is something you cannot beat!

nice and thick with elasticity so can be stretched and made tighter. Wish there were some extra mechanism for tightening around the knee. but for the price, very good product.

It does what it should, which is support my knees while I squat heavy weight. I see that some have complained that it doesn't come with Velcro or whatever to secure the wrap, but for the weightlifting community, you should know to tuck it in the end. I will say that it's slightly too long. About ...
