It definitely helps with my tooth sensitivity. I'm old and have some significant exposed tooth roots. Now this and any toothpastes that claim they actually build tooth enamel back up where it's been worn away?? I'm definitely on the fence about that and leaning towards "Yeah, I don't think so..."
