These, like all Nature Valley Bars, are very flavorful and provide the right amount of protein per bar (too much protein at a meal causes your body to store the excess as fat). They have 5g of Fiber per bar and around 7g of sugar. A very good combo indeed.

Wow, very moist and chewy with the right amount of coconut flavor, was afraid it would be too much or none at all. Was surprised that it was easy to chew, not hard and jaw wrenching like some granola bars. Will order again. Wish they were sold in stores!

These are pretty good, but too sweet for me. No complaints other than it's just a little too sweet.

I eat one of these before Zumba class and it tides me over till dinner. There are other great flavor but these are my favorite. It's also gluten-free so my husband eats them too. I like that the sugar content is low, but you would never know it.

Never had these before first time, they were pretty good I was worried about the coconut being overpowering. Believe me it is not just the perfect amount of coconut flavor.
