Pim nut lose the tray not fit

Grill originally arrived with internal damage. Contacted manufacture and they offered 25.00 gift card. After first use grill grate peeled open, contracted manufacture again and they sent the wrong replacement part after picture of broken part was emailed to them showing the damage after first use.
