I love the smell of mint--it is so fresh! I love that this is a kid-safe and pregnancy-safe oil. I am 8 months pregnant; and, since I plan to be nursing soon, I don't want to use peppermint. Spearmint is a wonderful alternative; I love the sweeter smell it has too!

So far I've only used this spearmint to make DIY toothpaste and mouthwash, smells great and taste is good. I plan to mix with eucalyptus in a body lotion. I have one I received as a gift with those two scents and it smells great, so I will make my own.

This oil works wonder. I rub it on my son's and husband's back and chest every time they have a cough due to the cold and it works great. It does smell soooo good!

Spearmint has such a fresh clean scent, and it goes well in many blends. And because of its benefits in aiding concentration, I like using it in blends for studying.
