I love this stuff! I started with a little less than half a scoop to make sure i didn't overload on b12. I get a monthly b12 shot due to b12 anemia. 2 weeks later i am at 3/4 scoop and soon will be ready for the full scoop. my workouts are focused and intense. i feel so fantastic afterwards.
