Cramping and needed Electrolytes....I mix Fruit Punch Nuun with Dragon Fruit drink mixes to make Dragon Fruit Punch...Lemon-Lime Nuun with Grape or Blueberry Acai drink mixes. Triberry Nuun with Blueberry Acai...etc...tastes great, Less Sugar than many other drinks.

this is such a nice addition to your water. Its just a shame the company its raising their prices i still remember when i bought the tube for $2.50 and now its $6 . its time to find another option.

tablets are great. I use them pre or post race if a longer race (will use them during race if shorter). taste is good; purpose is met (they hydrate). only downside is time of dissolve - takes about 2-3 minutes.
