The item did not come with a product code for installation. I called Walmart over 5 times but could not get one. The product must have been repackaged because it did not contain the product code but also had a booklet from another version. I ended up returning the item to the store for a refund. ...

This is the second purchase that Did not contain the waste land survival guide, which has the product key code necessary to install the game, still waiting for the replacement, hopefully this (third copy) contains the product key code

Came without key. From previous reviews, I believe they keep reselling it.

Fun and great fallout game but like everyone else has said in the past bethesda could of added a few more items when it comes to the building mode for items.
