After watching several barbecue competitions where Butt Rub was the common denominator among the winners, I decided to give it a try. Smoked some ribs. Using only butt rub as the seasoning. They were amazing!

This seasoning is great for ribs, fried potatoes and other tasty morsels. Been using it for a few years now. Roasted chicken tastes better with it.
