I purchased one of these to test it out. It worked great -- easy to slip my fingers in, doesn't slip out of my hand, good grip on cookie sheets, etc. I liked it so much, I purchased another one to use both hands. I feel a lot safer using these as compared to a traditional cloth hot pad.

These work well for up to 500 degrees but do not protect beyond Your wrist, so be very careful handling your pots from a 500 degree oven.
