I ordered a refurbished mower. The handle parts did not match and thus could not be assembled. The mower was not usable as no handle could be attached. New holes would need to be drilled or the parts replaced. I contacted the seller and they promptly refunded me without argument (I sent pictures)...

I use this for my moderately sized front and back yards, both a bit erratic with grass types and heights. It's a mess, but this little thing razed it like nobody's business. It can be hard to push, sure. But honestly, it's a manual reel mower. Come on. On the plus side it is a wicked awesome work...
