I didn't imagine myself loving a pillow this big, but it's actually very comfy! It takes up a lot of room on the bed, but well worth it. I can finally get into comfortable positions while pregnant and sleep soundly all night.

This pillow was perfect for my breast reduction recovery. I'm a stomach sleeper, and I purchased it so that I would not flip over while recovering. I would not recommend washing it though. I ended up ruining it when I put it in the wash. Might buy another!
