Vacuum came quickly, packaged properly and easy to assemble. works well as far as I can see. The only glitch is the upper tube connection as it kept sliding off. But that could be my error for not attaching more tightly. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't had more than a few weeks. We'll see how...
