I need these for overnight; better price than Amazon. I almost didn't want to purchase because the dimensions given in the description were incorrect; gave standard length. These are definitely the long length. The %237 doesn't come in the standard length.

Not wide enough for plus size underwear. The length is awesome with a lot more coverage. Plastic lining touches skin and is an irritant. On positive side, they are much more absorbent than other pads. They conform to your body shape and are more comfortable.
