Despite the negative reviews, I purchased this scooter for my 5 year as a Christmas gift. The directions states for the scooter to charge for 30 hours before 1st time use & there after 18 hours. I charged the scooter for 3 consecutive days & it still did not work.

The only reason it gets one stars is because it came with no battery. Kept charging it and I would not work; they I decided to take the foot pad off. Because the green light would come on as long as the charger was connected. Sure enough...NO BATTERY!!! Other than that...it's really cute and my 5...

After charging it for the recommended time we followed the directions for riding not go. Almost appears as though it won't hold a charge. Had to return it.. Very disappointing.

after receiving the incorrect item initially from walmart.com, when the item arrived, the box was open. I thought nothing of it, since none of the pieces were missing. But after charging it and letting my child ride it, It didn't work. At all.

I ordered this as a birthday surprise for my 7 year old daughter. Sadly she has not gotten to write it not once since she opened it as it came with a broken mechanism once we got that fixed the chain continuously falls off and the wheel catches this was such a poor idea it was so cute of Hello Ki...
