These are the perfect tiny size if you have trouble swallowing pills. I wish they made other supplements in a tiny size as well. I can't recommend these highly enough.

These are the first vitamins I was able to take regularly - they're so small. I can easily swallow 6 at a time(the recommended daily dose). They compare equally with the better known multi-vitamins and always smell fresh. I wish they cost less, but I'll be using them forever.
