Have a much better taste than your regular Vit-C. A grape sparkling flavored taste. All my kids love it!! I love it cuz they stay Healthy.

This is a nice way to get a supplement to my kids when their immune systems are down. I used to like the effectiveness of sambucol the best, but my kids didn't like the taste of it. Sea Buddies are very yummy - I try all the kids vitamins to see why they like or dislike a vitamin.
