Mice swim longer on it…you will get over the heart palpitations or you may be taking too high a dosage. Great if you have to do physical work. I like this product, along with ashwaganda for social anxiety and maca for confidence

I like that the box and dark glass bottles have a code to check where the ingredients come from. The dark bottles prevent light degradation. It's hard to tell if any effect if placebo or the ingredients have efficacious effect. I've been sleeping better as I don't feel sleepy and need my teo cups...

so far these do not bother my stomach you take these on an empty stomach and i dont get any sort of upset stomach or bad taste
