I was able to eliminate taking separate D, K, B vitamins, zinc, biotin, and so much more! I bought this for both of my daughters and they now use it. I do actually feel the results too! Highly recommend!

great. they will get old if not stored properly. recommend buying the smaller amount. doc was surprised it has alot of vit D and other vitamins included. i dont need to take other supplements bc this has it all.
