My dog had a bad case of hot spots recently and this worked wonders. Spray it on a few times a day and just make sure they don't try to lick it iff in the first few finutes. Adams is the best product I've used. My dog has hot spots real bad this year. I'm still using the spray and the hot spots have gone from beet red to a natural skin color. and she is not scratching as often.
