Great for preventing infections from getting worst. I have chronic sinus infections and whenever I feel as if I'm getting one, I take 3 capsules and it clears it up. Great stuff

They were just as potent as other brands I've had in the past. Just to check- I took two. Big mistake! Use your imagination. But every time I feel something I take it and feel better in the morning. Never fails- but take with a probiotic. It kills everything, good and bad.
