This works great for my son. He has special needs and is very picky about what he eats and drinks. When he is sick, this is the only brand that he seems to tolerate. I'm grateful that hylands exists.

I recieved a 2 year old foster child with stopped up nose and congestion this Medicine with saline spray relieved her symptoms fast. She was able to rest and breathe easily after getting medicine. I gave to Mother when she went home.

I'm going to start with, absolutely nothing helped with my sons head cold. I tried everything I could think of for almost a week before my mom happened upon this brand. This stuff works. With in a few hours there was a visible difference in his symptoms. 10/10 would recommend.

I could cry from relief for my baby, she can breathe easily again after a few days of awful drainage of mucus. I haven't tried the night version of this yet, but the day version has helped her sleep better too. No snoring and can sleep with her pacifier in her mouth again

Pleasant taste, 3 yr old took with no problem and it doesn't have artificial stuff packed in it. Gave her some relief!!
