The banana holder looks exactly as the picture. For me, it is nice to be able to place bananas on an item made especially to do that. I no longer have to lay the bananas on the counter or on the top of the refrigerator, or have a separate fruit bowl.

Great for hanging bananas and putting 4 to 5 small fruits in the basket. This is not for putting in huge fruits like cantaloupe or watermelon. Recommend for small apt with limited counter space.
