I use the keto Orgain as a morning meal replacement mixed with ice and almond milk (sometimes add strawberries as an indulgent treat). I love the Chocolate flavor/ the Vanilla is way too sweet and I have to mix it with the chocolate to cut the sweetness.

Hubby and I use this daily as a snack or first thing in the AM to get some protein in us. We use the chocolate, add some hazelnut MCT powder and wow! YUMMM

This Is the BEST protein shake I have ever had....and I have tried many! I first got chocolate and was absolutely in love. Was disappointed when it was gone and I had to start the vanilla canister....but then, I tried the Vanilla and love that one even more! No joke. Tastes like a cold melted Wen...

Flavor is okay and protein content isn't the highest compared to other single scoop protein powders, but it still feels worth it due to digestive benefits I feel taking 1 scoop a day. I'd add a flavorless scoop of another protein powder with this.
