This an old fashion heath product in my family. I sprinkle on some dishes in place of Parmesan cheese as it has a similar flavor.

Never tried “Nooch” before and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Not exactly a replacement for cheese but I can see why it's considered an alternative. Really loved adding this to my creamy soups for a bit of something extra.
