Charged to full before first use. Will run for a about 30 seconds then gets hot and turns off. It will restart but then does the same thing. I understand the no return policy in this item so how bout store credit instead.

The item did not work. Charged immediately when received, no function whatsoever! Replacement coming, hopefully it works but I have my doubts.

The unit is odd to turn on and off. It doesn't respond right away. The vibrations were nice, felt good. Wasn't uncomfortable to insert but doesn't really stay in place well. Having your partner playing down there they can always apply pressure on the unit and that keeps it in place. It would be n...
