I take these even when I'm not postnatal due to the amazing iron and vitamin D content. They're not hard to swallow and they're FAR BETTER than Rainbow Light that I tried before finding these. Well worth the money!

I LOVE THESE ! I WAS feeling a little down and I feel like these have helped my mood A LOT! I highly recommend. I just wish they could figure out how to get these to be one day but after taking supplements throughout my pregnancy three is no problem .

I love this postnatal vitamin! The ingredients and the fact that fermentation is used for better absorption is incredibly smart! I feel better all around, especially my energy level. A great product with a great value.
