I have purchased several different brands of wasabi powder and I have to say this so far is the best to date. Other products seem to be less potent and it seemed i would have to use half the can. Eden Foods quality requires a small amount to obtain that KICK you are looking for.

I find this Wasabi powder, which is made up of horseradish and mustard as well as wasabi powder is an excellent condiment and I use it often because it taste so good.
