I love it. Easiest hose reel I've ever used - easy to move around and easy to wind up the hose. It's heavy enough to stay put while pulling out the hose too. I saw it being used at one of my local garden centers and was impressed.

The BEST feature of this reel is that it doesn't tend to tip over when un-reeling or reeling in the hose. The reel is easy to maneuver and easily accommodates 5/8" hose.
