it's a nice all in one unit, great for my home office, doesn't take up a lot of room, and I like the fact that the fax part has a hand held hand set to use.

Works flawlessly in my office with no fuss. I like that it uses the ssame toner and drum as my MFC-7360N so I don't have to stock so many replacements. No complaints. Does its job without calling attention to itself. What more could I want?

I am sure this printer was good. 2 of us in household bought printer on same day. This was the one we returned.
