It came to me assembled! That was great. I use it EVERY DAY and it is strong and doesn't fall over! I weigh 280 and was afraid it would break under my weight and it is in great shape after 6 months! I feel secure and safe and no problem with transfers to my wheelchair. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The depth was a concern, but it works well with my mother's needs. The width was my main focus, and it's no problem at all, fits the tub perfectly. I would purchase a more comfortable pad for it, other than that it's fantastic.
