I have the same issue with mine, but after talking with service, they said that they CAN'T guaranty that the tablet will be fixed. So waste your money on a product that may not get fixed.

I'm 70 years old and just getting used to the abilities of this tablet. I'm primarily using it for access to internet while traveling. It has a larger screen than my smart phone and we use it for playing games, taking photos. I'm sure it does a lot more than we're aware of but it takes us a while...
