Mixes great just a few shakes with at blender shaker and bottoms up. Tastes good....no protein shake tastes GREAT but this goes down good. 25 grams of protein per serving low cals. can't beat the combo. You have to have protein to build muscle this does the job.

My personal trainer recommended this, I cannot handle whey protein and this worked amazing. If you leave in the fridge for a couple of hours and it tastes like a real milkshake. 100% recommend for lactose intolerant people like myself!
