I like that the coconut in not overwhelming. It's really good, and easy to eat. The texture can be a little sharp sometimes, like sharp shards of coconut.

These are my go to snacks when life gets busy and lunch or dinner will be late. The texture is smooth not grainy like some of the other bars. I really enjoy the taste. I prefer them at room temperature vs coming directly from the refrigerator. They have enough protein to quiet a grumbling stomach.

If you really like coconut and dark chocolate as a combination, you will really like these protein bars! The high protein content makes them very filling and satisfying. These are definitely one of my very favorite protein bars!
