Great little all around print, copy, scan and fax machine. My staff has been very happy with it. Does not have issues with paper jamming on large print jobs.

I traded in an HP for this unit. I also have the Xerox Phaser 3635X. While this does not offer the Touch Screen, it does work very fast. I find the Xerox Web support is great too. Way better than poking through a manual. Conectivity is simple. The Cast of 'Of Mice and Men' could set this up.

WE HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY MACHINE. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO STAND AND HAVE TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO SOMEHTING SO SIMPLE AND IT TAKES 20 PLUS MINUTES TO FIGURE IT OUT OR JUST LET IT GO AND DO IT SOME OTHER WAY.
