They really work for me after I have been using the diaper type. Much more comfortable, collects more, and are easier to dress. (Pad without taking clothes off).

These guards are a real life changer. Understand I'm 78 years old and on water pills. So I'm going to have a bladder problem at night. The question is how big of a flow? I have used other cheaper guards and had over flows that mess up the bed. This will be an on going problem for me at night...

These didn't work very well with my boxer briefs. The guard moved around and leaked. My wife bought me a pack of tighty whities to see if they would work better holding the guard in place and they did the trick. So I had to change my underwear style but it's still better than having to wear a dia...
