Took some getting use too, because I also have a M165. the on switch is reversed for the M155. Also the light is on the opposite side for indications. But the unit performs very well. I really enjoy it.

I bought it from reviews and they were right. It does eliminate background noise. I hear the other person talking to me very clearly. It fits like glove on my ear but I will not leave on for long time. Best investment for bluetooth. I am planning on buying one for my sister for Xmas gift.
