We had to return this computer. The battery would not hold a charge.

About a week after receiving the laptop the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than 20 minutes. and the wifi would not download faster than 0.15Mbps even after having the cable company come out and install a brand new wifi modem and testing everything out.

This product was sent with a European power cord and according to our installer only had memory to work for about 1 year for our needed purpose so I sent this back. On the other hand--I had a very easy return experience.

It needed 117 updates but when that was done it works great. Fedex was a little slow. It sat in Fedex wharehouse at Salt Lake city for 20 hours, 19 hours in Sacramento Ca and 51 hours in Redding Ca. before it was delivered.
