Fits the ipad mini well, there isn't room for it to move around, but there is a lot of vertical space. Some might not like it but my girlfriend uses the extra space to tuck in her earbuds. There is no soft lining inside (like the incase ones) but for under $10 this gets the job done.

I recommend keeping the foam insert as extra screen protection. Its in the sleeve to help keep its shape until purchase. My tablet at 10.1" fits pretty good in height and width but the tablet is very thin and the foam in the sleeve really helps to fill the extra space.
