I have looked for these all over the internet . This is by far the best price out there . I happened to stumble upon these while looking for something else , which by the way I also bought that day. I've used them many times , great workout ! my wife loves using it too.

I bought these battle ropes a few weeks ago, they are prefect for bootcamp type workouts. They're not too heavy, you can get a great workout. There are several effective moves to work arms, chest abs & shoulders, I like to refer to it as " rope burn ". Enjoy!!
