      Old technology, delayed laggy video.

      The wi-fi camera has a big delay, does not work as expected. The phone's app does not work well. I don't recommend it.

      This camera ONLY works on wi-fi, and despite having wi-fi pods all over my house it kept losing connection. There was also a solid 5 second delay between noise in the room and on the monitor. I ended up returning it and buying something else.
