Always a quality product with great dating. You can count on you inventory of food being safe for a long time. Then when you need it, it's actually much better than you might expect from freeze dried foods. Very good quality.

I bought all of the desserts offered for a recent hike of the Smoky Mountains. The Raspberry Crumble ended up being our top choice! It's warm, flavorful and hits the spot! We served it out of a bowl and it was enough to share with 4 people!
