its been about a week! unless its wishful thinking on my part. this really works. it will depend on the severity of ur personal pain. may not work for everyone. so far its been reasonable relief fo my chronic back pain and arthritis.

I bruise very easily. When I get a bruise, I start taking the Arnica and the bruise doesn't get as dark as would have and is gone in 4 days versus 14 days! I truly am an Arnica fan!
