The overall product is good quality but I find the picture on the screen a bit choppy and the screen goes into a power save mode and the screen turns off if not plugged in. Had to purchase a new one because my old one broke. This one is nice and does the job, but it doesn't have a split screen for multiple cameras and unless I paid more, i didn't get the pan feature.
