I have been fairly successful replacing this four cup for cup in my old recipes. The only thing that I have had to adjust is the amount of baking powder in the recipe (if it has it). I add an additional 25% for a bit more rise.

Excellent Gluten Free Flour! Does not bake up dry and hard. Used for Breading on fried Chicken Tenders..... Yummy! Biscuits were light and fluffy! Makes transition to living with Celiac Disease more tolerable☺
