This is a great Gluten Free Apple Blueberry Granola!

I have an autoimmune condition in my mouth, which basically means I have a very sore lining to my mouth and gums. So much so that I can't eat normal crunchy granola. So, I pour coconut milk over it, heat it in the microwave until soft. It is delicious soft and hot.

I tried one of these Gluten Free Granolas due to the lack of supply of the traditional granola during the early days of the pandemic. This product is as good as the traditional granola from Bob's Red Mill. As far as I am concerned, there are no other granolas that taste as good as Bob's.
