Love all kinds of nut butters. Especially the sunflower. No need to peel shells. Also, low carb and healthy.

First time to try nut butter. The texture is very simikar to peanut butter, and it sticks to the roof of your mouth similarly. The flavor is a little salty, but paired with jelly or whipped marshmallow, it works.

I have been looking for a peanut butter substitute that actually tasted good - found it. Now I can make cookies, eat it on celery, etc. This tastes better than peanut butter!
